SGM431XN3LG/TR
SGMICROThe SGM431XN3LG/TR is a precision programmable reference from SGMICRO, a 431-style shunt reference whose on-chip 2.495 V reference can be scaled with two external resistors to set output voltages from 2.495 V up to 36 V. It serves as the error reference in isolated power-supply feedback loops and as a precision voltage reference or shunt regulator in chargers, adapters and industrial controls. The device is supplied in a SOT-23 package on tape and reel (TR), which keeps it attractive for compact, cost-sensitive boards, and the family operates over -40 C to +125 C. Selection advice: in optocoupler feedback designs, the reference error directly sets output accuracy, so budget the initial tolerance and temperature drift of the chosen grade against your regulation target; if your design previously used a TL431-class part, verify the pinout and minimum cathode current against the SGM431 datasheet before treating it as a drop-in replacement. Parameters verified against SGMICRO documentation.
