ESP32-C6FH4
Espressif SystemsESP32-C6FH4 is the in-package-Flash variant of Espressif's ESP32-C6 SoC — a 160 MHz RISC-V core with Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth 5 LE and IEEE 802.15.4 (Thread/Zigbee) radios, with 4 MB of quad Flash stacked inside a 32-pin QFN package. This is the silicon inside the ESP32-C6-MINI-1 modules and most C6 development boards: the FH4 code denotes the QFN-32 with in-package Flash, against the QFN-40 base ESP32-C6 that needs an external Flash chip. Selection advice: choose the FH4 when the design wants the certified-module radio performance in a chip-down layout without an external Flash footprint; choose a WROOM-1 module instead when pre-certification matters more than board area. The 512 KB of high-performance SRAM and the Wi-Fi 6 target-wake-time support carry over unchanged from the base chip — confirm the exact ordering variant against the ESP32-C6 datasheet (v1.4) Table 1-1 before layout.

ESP32-C6FH4 FAQ
What should I check before substituting ESP32-C6FH4 with another Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth 5 SoC?
Match the full ordering code, not the series name: package (QFN-32), temperature grade and packing all ride on the suffixes. A same-series code in a different package is a different orderable device, so confirm the substitute against the Espressif Systems datasheet before changing the BOM.
