LR2021IMLTRT
SemtechLR2021IMLTRT is the tape-and-reel orderable code (QFN-32) for the Semtech LR2021, the first transceiver of the fourth-generation LoRa Plus family, confirmed in the ordering table of the official DS.LR20xx datasheet (Rev 2.2). One chip covers sub-GHz, 2.4 GHz ISM and licensed S-band satellite (NTN) links, with LoRa and LoRaWAN backward compatibility plus FLRC, FSK, OOK, O-QPSK and LR-FHSS modulations, FLRC rates up to 2.6 Mbps, transmit power from -10 dBm to +22 dBm and LoRa sensitivity down to -142 dBm at SF12/125 kHz. For product teams this means a single global radio design replaces separate regional variants, and the same hardware can serve terrestrial networks today and satellite IoT links tomorrow, reducing respins, certification variants and safety stock. Selection advice: pick LR2021 over the third-generation SX1262 (also listed) when multi-band coverage, high-rate FLRC or an NTN roadmap is on the requirements list; SX1262 remains the simpler, proven choice for single-band sub-GHz LoRaWAN nodes. State target bands, quantity, packing and date-code requirements in your RFQ.
