QPC6144
QorvoThe QPC6144 is a silicon-on-insulator SP4T switch from Qorvo for test equipment, base-station and general RF routing from 50 MHz to 12 GHz, with electrical specifications characterised across 0.05 GHz to 10 GHz. Its headline figure is isolation: 89 dB from RFC to an off port at low band and still above 65 dB at 8.6 GHz to 10 GHz, so a single device can replace cascaded switch stages in high-dynamic-range signal paths. Insertion loss runs from 0.85 dB at low band to 1.50 dB at the top band, input IP3 is +57 dBm typical, off ports are terminated in 50 ohm (non-reflective), and the RF pins need no DC blocking capacitors when no external DC is applied. Control logic is selectable for 1.2 V, 1.5 V or 1.8 V JEDEC levels, an integrated negative-voltage generator allows single-supply operation, and the supply spans 3.15 V to 5.5 V. It is housed in a 4 x 4 mm 24-pin leadless package rated to +115 C case temperature. Selection advice: verify your highest operating frequency against the characterised 10 GHz specification limit rather than the 12 GHz headline range before committing the design. Parameters verified against Qorvo documentation.

QPC6144 FAQ
What should I check before substituting QPC6144 with another RF SP4T switch?
Match the full ordering code, not the series name: package (QFN-24 (4 x 4 mm)), temperature grade and packing all ride on the suffixes. A same-series code in a different package is a different orderable device, so confirm the substitute against the Qorvo datasheet before changing the BOM.
