PCF85063ATT/AJ

PCF85063ATT/AJ is the TSSOP8 version of the NXP Semiconductors PCF85063A tiny real-time clock and calendar, in a package of only 3 x 3 mm. It keeps the same specification as the SO8 variant: a 400 kHz I2C bus interface, 1.8 V to 5.5 V operation, alarm and countdown timer functions and an operating range of -40 C to +85 C. For space-constrained portable and IoT designs, it delivers full clock and calendar functions with wake-up capability in a footprint barely larger than the crystal beside it, without giving up any features of the larger package. Selection advice: the AJ suffix is the tape-and-reel order code for the TSSOP8 package; if your production line is already tooled for SO8, the electrically equivalent PCF85063AT/AY is the code to use instead.
