ESP32-C6-WROOM-1U-N4

Espressif Systems

ESP32-C6-WROOM-1U-N4 is the external-antenna, 4 MB Flash variant of Espressif's ESP32-C6-WROOM-1 module family — Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth 5.3 LE and IEEE 802.15.4 (Thread 1.3 / Zigbee 3.0) on a 160 MHz RISC-V core with 512 KB HP SRAM, in the smaller 18 × 19.2 mm SMD footprint with a U.FL antenna connector instead of a PCB trace antenna. It completes the four-code WROOM-1 ordering table (datasheet v1.0): the −1U antenna form at the 4 MB Flash capacity. Selection advice: pick the N4 when 4 MB fits your OTA partition plan — the 1U-N8 variant on this site doubles Flash for larger dual-bank images; pick a WROOM-1 (non-U) module when the enclosure allows the PCB antenna and its keep-out zone. The module is certified as a module, which cuts wireless certification cost and time versus a chip-down design.
