DX-M1

DX-M1 is an edge AI accelerator chip from DEEPX in a 17 x 17 mm FC-BGA package, delivering 25 TOPS of INT8 inference (200 effective TOPS) at 2 W to 5 W over a PCIe Gen3 x4 host interface, with external LPDDR4X / LPDDR5 memory support up to 8 GB and a -25 to +85 C operating range. The power envelope brings datacenter-class vision inference into cameras, robots and embedded boxes without a fan budget. Selection advice: DEEPX sells the bare chip under the plain DX-M1 name through its own shop and authorized agents - no suffixed order codes are published, and mass production is confirmed by its authorized distributor listings and its Japan IT Week 2026 announcement; an M.2 2280 module variant with 4 GB of onboard LPDDR5 also exists, so state chip versus module explicitly in your RFQ.
