DRV8251ADDAR
Texas InstrumentsDRV8251ADDAR is a Texas Instruments brushed DC H-bridge motor driver in an HSOIC-8 package, operating from 4.5 V to 48 V with a peak output current of 4.1 A and total on-resistance of 450 mΩ (high-side plus low-side). The A variant adds an IPROPI current-mirror output for motor-current feedback, control is by a simple PWM interface, and the device is rated to 150 °C junction. Selection advice: 4.1 A is the peak rating, so size the application against the datasheet's continuous-current and thermal data. The IPROPI pin is what distinguishes the A variant — if your firmware uses current feedback for stall detection, this is the code to order; DDAR is its tape-and-reel form. Parameters verified against Texas Instruments documentation.
