AON6250

AON6250 is an Alpha & Omega Semiconductor 150 V N-channel MOSFET in a DFN5x6 package, rated for 52 A continuous drain current at case temperature with on-resistance below 16.5 mΩ at a 10 V gate drive and typical gate charge of 30.5 nC. The device is 100% UIS and Rg tested and rated from -55 °C to +150 °C, fitting motor drive, load switching and DC-DC conversion stages that need a high-voltage FET in a compact 5 mm × 6 mm footprint. Selection advice: AON6250 is the complete AOS model name with no suffix variants to confuse, but the 52 A figure is referenced to case temperature, so evaluate it against your board's thermal conditions rather than as a free-air rating.
