WS2812B-2020-V6 is an intelligent integrated-control RGB LED from worldsemi in the 2020 surface-mount body (2.0 mm × 2.0 mm class, four pins: data in, data out, ground and supply), verified against the maker’s own V6 manual. Verified figures are the V6 revision’s own: a supply range of +3.3 V to +5.3 V, static current of 1 µA or less, LED luminous intensity at 5 V and 12 mA of 140 mcd to 270 mcd (red), 450 mcd to 650 mcd (green) and 120 mcd to 190 mcd (blue), dominant wavelength of 620 nm to 625 nm (red), 515 nm to 520 nm (green) and 465 nm to 470 nm (blue), input timing of 220 ns to 380 ns for the zero-bit high pulse and 580 ns to 1 µs for the remaining bit pulses, a reset time above 280 µs, and a white colour temperature of 25000 K. The selection point is a pixel-addressable emitter with its control die inside the LED — dense indicator arrays, light bars and matrix panels driven down a single data line.
