QPF4607

The QPF4607 is a Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) front-end module from Qorvo covering the full 5,945 MHz to 7,125 MHz 6 GHz band (U-NII-5 through U-NII-8) for access points, routers and mesh nodes. It integrates a 6 GHz power amplifier with +30 dBm saturated output, an SP2T switch and a multi-mode bypassable low-noise amplifier in a 5 x 3 mm, 24-pad laminate module optimised for 5 V operation. An integrated coupler feeds a DPD loop back to the host, and a wide-range constant-slope logarithmic power detector simplifies power control - key to holding -43 dB dynamic EVM at +20.5 dBm on MCS13 EHT320 signals. DC consumption is 1.45 W at +24 dBm output. Selection advice: 6 GHz band rules differ by region (standard-power operation with AFC versus low-power indoor), so confirm the module's output settings against the regulatory domain of the end product; also budget the thermal path early, because sustained EHT320 throughput keeps the PA near its high-power operating point.
